Command
- CIRCLE_CP <circle number>, <point 1>, <point 2>
- Create a circle with 2 points, 1 being the center and 1 lying on the circle.
Parameters
- <circle number>
- The number of the circle to be created.
- A number between 1 and 100.
- <point 1>
- The number of an existing point. (center point)
- <point 2>
- The number of an existing point.

- CIRCLE_CP 1, 1, 2
